PayTic - The modern way to run your BIN finance operations

Our finance modules automates the data crunching involved in reconciliation; collateral control; network fee analysis; affiliate invoicing; and reporting, so you can scale your card programs.

How does it work?

You can try PayTic without any integration work, and using your own data.

Paytic is a single, drag-and-drop automation solution with interconnected modules for all your back office teams.

Custom Views

It’s time to go beyond basic reconciliation and take control over your data, without the spreadsheets

Introducing no more scripting, no more macros, no more formulas. PayTic has intuitive and visual tools for analysing data as easily as writing an email. Easily create custom views on any data - focus only on columns you're most interested in, add calculations, groupings, merge data sources together, create beautiful data workspaces and follow a transaction across multiple files on a single page. The best part, your views and formulas update with every new data upload.

Scheme fees

Demystify the monthly invoice

Card network fees and invoices can feel like a maze! Our scheme fees feature intakes fee reports from the card scheme and describes each fee item in plain words. We then analyze them for applicability to your program and flag any non-compliance fees that can be hidden in plain sight. If we identify any anomalies or fees that shouldn’t be there, you’ll see them highlighted for action and investigation directly with the card scheme from our portal. Also let our fee simulator show you how changes to your card program will impact cost!

Even more, PayTic splits all invoices by line item automatically. You can see your own fees, shared fees and sponsored affiliate fees by ICA or BIN. Split and assign pass-through fees to affiliates with just a few clicks. At the end of the month, simply generate and send invoices directly from PayTic's invoicing module, with all the data already filled in.

Getting paid should be easy

Easily set business rules to automatically calculate and split interchange, add pass through fees, and include any customized charges. Invoicing data is automatically generated at the month’s end. Users can browse, edit/adjust the invoicing items, track revenue and look up historical invoices.

Network invoices include all card programs in one and it can be hard to break down, analyse and assign fees to sponsored programs. PayTic splits all invoices by line item automatically, so you can see your own fees, shared fees and affiliate fees by ICA or BIN, and then assign and invoice fees with just a few clicks.

Network Reconciliations

Quickly identify and action gaps or anomalies in the data

No more spreadsheet headaches. PayTic’s reconciliation engine ingests and organizes processing reports, scheme reports, and core banking data to enable a three-dimensional view of settlement operations, program ledgers, cardholder account balances and transactions. Any gaps or mismatches in the numbers can quickly be identified, actioned and cleared.

Exceptions Management

Stay ahead of data curve balls

As payment data comes in from various sources such as processors, card networks, and your core banking partner, the PayTic algorithms are detecting issues and events in real-time. If there is an anomaly in the data, our system will highlight these transactions so you can review, address, and action as needed. exceptions include mismatched data, duplications, and force-posted transactions.

Treasury Control

View and link daily program spending limits to available collateral funds in real-time

Provisional settlement collaterals are unrealistically high, mainly because the funds that sit in reserve are calculated offline and not reviewed often. This feature allows program managers to view and link the daily program spending limits to the available collateral funds in near real-time. Authorized users can set dynamic thresholds to receive notification alerts, action automated transfers, and suspend a card program if necessary.
